Pretty much, yeah. However, the only additional requirement is that in order for your name to qualify to be entered into the raffle drawing - you must have posted within two weeks of the contest taking place (roughly two weeks before Fable 2 is released). This is a measure that was taken to prevent people from registering, spamming 100 posts and never returning.

2. do you have to do a lot of posting or help out the community, I men I have a few avatars if that helps 80x80 2 pixel black border.

Yes you are eligible as you have over 100 posts. Provided you make a single post within two weeks of the raffle drawings taking place (which will approximately be held two weeks before Fable 2 is released) then you will
have your name entered into the contest.

The competition isn't age related...so long as you have 100 posts then you are eligible to enter
