Ouch dude, ouch. Mine has been gone for about 2 weeks, and yesterday I got an email saying the repair was finished. So in about another week I am guessing I get mine. But I'm in Canada, and maybe that is why.
Depending on where you are, it will take awhile. But if you can, do it online. I was on hold for the longest time. And it took me about 1-2 weeks to process the order on the phone because the people on the phone are completely incompetent. Oh well. So in short, try to do it over the phone, and get it in as soon as possible. And mine lasted just about a year too... And some of my friends' have lasted just over a year... Maybe some large scale scam is going on here. Oh ho ho! I might be on to something... Although there probably isn't...
