Yeah, the name issue is interesting. They decided to go with the 360 for numerical superiority (whatever that means) and in doing so they've driven into a brick wall. Plus rep for the find

I think they need to come up with something new for a name. Xbox 3 sounds "numerically inferior" and 720 is only ever used as a joke

Thought the rumours would start flying around soon for the next Xbox, im still very happy with my current one though.

so am i. but sadly, i have no "beast" games for the 360. ex. Halo 3 , AC, ME , BS ,Skate. I HAD H3 but the 360 tipped over when i was playing and ****ed the disc up

They are probalbly already working on Wii 2 and PS4 also
Though is is speculation, from a business point of view seems like a smart thing. I think there might just be 2 - 3 years still left in the ps3 Xbox 360 , and less in the Wii . More games going multi platform with some staying loyal to brand. For Micro$oft I will put my life on it though that it will fail in Japan again even if they call it the X-Box 720 EX+Alpha
