Xtreme firmware

Today I was looking into Xbox softmodding because I wanted to get an oldschool box to turn into a media center and to put some of those oldschool emulators on it.

I came across Xtreme firmware which is the first step in 360 hacking. I am not sure how long this has been out but it sounds promising.

you should do some research on it before you use it, it might not be legit. my favorite way of doing that is Google

Are you sure you want to mod a 360? If I were you I would wait until there was a price drop, in case it ruins your 360.
