I got TLC for PC. (I've had it for Xbox.) One thing I was excited about was the Singing Sword. But where do I get it?

In short....there is no way....EVER... to get the Singing Sword. It is a myth. A fake. IT DOES NOT EXIST. As previsously posted, there are unfinished quests in the data of the game that may have had something to do with the sword, but they were never finished, hence there is no way to get the sword.

Well, I just got TLC for PC. So, I really wasn't concerned about the Singing Sword that much.
