Sorry, I didn't read through the entire thread, but I was wondering if some one could help me with changing (I think) It's the fighting style. 'Cause when I go play as JoB, if I have two weapons equiped, bow and sword one or the other is literally dangling between his legs. The quiver will dangle between his legs and if he has the bow drawn, he'll have the sword literally dangle there... >_> It's a bit awkward.

The problem is that the JoB model doesn't have a scabbard helper, so there's nothing to hold the weapon on his back, so it just hangs there.
The easiest solution that satisfies most people is to just get rid of sheathing; when the Hero/JoB sheathes a weapon, it disappears.

Where's the bones for Theresa? And what do the bones do?

Depends on which bones you're talking about.
There are the bone configuration files (*.bncfg) in the bones folder (found in the data folder).
These manipulate the bones in the model using them.
Then there are the actual bones in the model. These are used to animate the model. The animation tells which bones where to move, when and how.
