My game? I've had this idea for so long, but oh well. It'd be called Naridion, the ultimate rpg! A game set in the futuristic/modern world of Naridion, with deep roots in its great medieval past. In the present of Naridion, a hidden evil has risen (as in all rpgs!), namely Alex Vortez, the brilliant maniacal genius behind an army, a little project he's been working on for the last two decades, his revenge on the world that cast him out for his family heritage. The dark secret behind him is that his family, reaching back to medieval roots, was a heraldry of dark magicians bent on the shunned arts. For this, the Vortez family line has been cursed, especially for a little deed known as the Arcane Distortion. This was when long ago, the Vortez family mages destroyed all traces of magic, the only thing that dared to oppose them by accident (or was it...). Alex is the last of his surviving line and has decided not to run but to destroy all. You are a foreigner from some lost land arriving in Naridion at a place known as the Headquarters, the embassy and the main base for anything in Naridion. It is here you realize your destiny. The game would be essentially a freelance non-linear game, so you can let the evil psychos do whatever while you gleefully barrel down the road in an armed truck (yes, there would be vehicles- awesome vehicles!). A slightly humorous game, mind you- I think completely serious games bore people- you need to have fun every once and awhile!

For instance, in the game there will be a variety of seemingly useless things you can do- say baking a pie... But if you have a bit of a strange side, you'd be happy to realize that when thrown, your pies do serious damage to your foes. It's that kind of humor and randomness in a game that adds variety and style. In the game, you can be who you want to be. If you want to be the crazy gunslinger who flies through the midst of a battle then you can. If you want to be the katana-wielding adventurer with mad pie-throwing skills, then so be it. If you want to be Alex Vortez's right hand man, then go ahead! There is no right or wrong way to play the game, but just to do whatever you feel like. As for the whole Vortez situation, if you wish, you can stick it to the man and face his army, but it'd be a whole lot more fun to do whatever you want for a while... You'd be able to own buildings, your own customizable vehicle and even your own signature look (customizable clothes and armor people?). You can be who you really want to be in the game (master assassin, psycho axe murderer, fancy chef, cunning artist, berserk warrior, old-school sniper, evil henchman, chaotic adventurer, gunslinging traveller, brilliant inventor, maniacal mechanic, rogue piemaster, explosively talented demolitions dude, half-mechanical doom lord, savior of the world, bandit master, roving bard, swordman leader, whatever comes to mind). This would be the most awesome game ever made in my opinion.
